Our early experience in industrial and commercial developments laid the groundwork for future large-scale projects. This period involved overseeing contract management, estimating, and project coordination, ensuring compliance with specifications and maintaining construction schedules for projects totaling over $30 million.
Building on prior success, our experience expanded into large-scale residential and high-rise developments, contributing to over 3,500 units across multiple projects with a total budget exceeding $1 billion. This era included planning, budgeting, and execution of high-rise projects that shaped urban communities.
Our experience during this period focused on urban revitalization, delivering over 1,000 residential units and more than 80,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. This era included transformative projects in Toronto, Ottawa, Edmonton, Calgary, and Saskatchewan markets, integrating high-rise residential and large-scale commercial properties.
This period marked significant contributions to mixed-use and high-rise developments, with a strong focus on residential towers and large-scale community planning. The portfolio includes major developments with budgets exceeding $1 billion, reinforcing expertise in high-rise construction and urban intensification.

Enrico Leva is recognized for successfully leading over 50 high-rise construction projects, contributing to the development of some 13,000 residential units throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
His expertise encompasses managing substantial project budgets, with individual projects ranging from $24M to $400M, and a cumulative budget responsibility exceeding $2 billion. Enrico has also ventured into commercial development, delivering over 2 million+ square feet of retail space for national brands and played a key role in the development of Ottawa’s Zibi community. His operational acumen ensures projects meet the high expectations of stakeholders, from boutique residences to large-scale complexes. Enrico is also instrumental in enhancing post-delivery client satisfaction and ensuring operational excellence.
Arman Mouradian is a serial entrepreneur and business strategist with a track record of building, scaling, and exiting high-growth companies across security, real estate, construction, and architectural systems. As the Founder and CEO of ASG Security Group, he built a 1,000+ employee, fully unionized firm, securing 330 million square feet of real estate and generating $55 million in annual revenue. Through acquisitions and mergers, he positioned ASG as a leader in Canada’s security industry, driving efficiency and customer-focused service.
In real estate and construction, Arman founded Ivy North Corporation, delivering four residential towers in Ontario and $15 million in airport infrastructure projects, while managing large-scale residential and commercial developments. He also founded The Cleopatra Group, spearheading high-rise and low-rise projects in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Dubai before successfully selling the company in 2019. Additionally, he established Mammoth Structural, a key supplier of curtain wall, window wall, and railing systems to major developers, and launched LUXUO Real Estate, which trades $120 million+ in annual real estate transactions across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
Adrian Leva is a York University alumnus and was recognized as a YorkU Top 30 Under 30. After graduating at York University, Adrian furthered his expertise in Construction Management at George Brown College.
As a Cost Consultant at Finnegan Marshall Inc, he contributed to the financial and operational management of over 15 major projects across the GTA, including the prestigious M City in Mississauga, with project budgets reaching upward of $200 million. As the founder of New Mission Investments, Adrian raised over 7 figures for property redevelopment and tripled the firm’s assets over 3 years. He is also committed to social good, contributing to home-building initiatives in the Dominican Republic and regularly enjoys embracing personal challenges, recently achieving a personal milestone by summiting Mount Kilimanjaro.
